FIT4TWO Somerset West

The Fit 4 Two classes take place at the Motherhood Village in Somerset West. They say it takes a village to raise a child, so we built one. Not only can you do your pre and post-natal classes here, but this is also one-stop-shop for anything related to pregnancy or childcare. The studio is spacious and safe, and you and your baby can enjoy the time together, exercising and having fun.

Jacqueline

Jacqueline completed her B.Sc. Biokinetics degree at NWU and worked at the Sports Science Institute of SA for 5 years.  In 2017 she opened her own practice in Somerset West and the Fit4Two branch in 2018.  She has led an active life and loves playing netball and running. Since living in CT, hiking is a new adventure.  Jacqueline has a passion for orthopaedic injuries and women’s health, especially pre and post-natal exercise.  Keeping women healthy and fit during pregnancy and helping them get active after birth.

Fit4Two has been a life-changing experience for me.  Being able to exercise with your baby ensures that you do get to the gym, no matter if you or baby are having a good or bad day. It is also an added benefit to be surrounded by a community of moms that are going through the same things as you are.  I would strongly recommend this program!

Even though I exercised before becoming pregnant, I somehow struggled with exercising on my own during pregnancy and keeping motivated. I also wasn’t sure which exercises are safe and beneficial for baby and wanted to strengthen my body for birth.

Jacqueline always mixed up the exercises to keep it interesting and being a biokineticist, she paid attention that I do the exercises correctly with my growing belly in mind. I can now also see the recovery benefits after birth of having stayed strong. I can highly recommend Jacqueline’s classes!

It is great to be able to exercise in a safe environment during pregnancy.  It is quite scary to exercise while pregnant, but with expert advice and guidance during sessions, I feel safe and enjoy being active during this time.

My baby and I are loving the Fit4Two classes.  So great to be able to exercise and bond at the same time😊
