Fit 4 Two Morningside
Fit 4 Two classes take place in our Pilates and Fitness Studio at 183 Rivonia Road, Morningside.
We offer Specialised pre and post-natal fitness classes. Our aim is for moms to stay strong and healthy during pregnancy, and post-birth. Fit 4 Two Morningside offers a safe and supportive environment, with specially trained instructors.
In our Pre-natal classes, we educate and empower moms to have complete confidence in their exercise routine and help maintain the health of mom and baby. We focus on strength, flexibility, and endurance of muscles needed during pregnancy and in childbirth. Pregnant ladies can exercise and protect themselves against injuries, whilst having fun and meeting other moms to be.
In our Post-natal classes, moms can bring their little ones along and enjoy some special bonding time during their class. It is a great way to exercise and focus on slowly getting things back to normal while getting a chance to meet like-minded moms.

SARAH-JANE BUTLER (nee Humphry)
Sarah-Jane Butler received her BA (Human Kinetics and Ergonomics) degree from Rhodes University in 2003, her Sports Science Honours degree from the University of Durban Westville in 2004, and her Biokinetics Honours degree from the University of Kwa-Zulu Natal in 2005.
She is a qualified Biokineticist, Clinical Pilates instructor, Hydrotherapist, Sports Massage Therapist, Water Aerobics Instructor, and Fit4Two Instructor.
In 2013 she opened Humphry Biokinetics with an adjoining Pilates studio in Morningside. Additionally, she has opened the Fit4Two Morningside franchise, in October 2018.
Sarah-Jane has been practicing for fourteen years, and her special interests lie in Orthopaedic rehabilitation, pre and post-natal exercise, sports injuries, chronic pain, and Pilates. She continues to attend courses and conferences to keep her knowledge current and in-line with best practice, to offer her patients the best possible treatment protocols.
Sarah-Jane is a mom of two and loves helping moms stay fit and healthy during their pregnancy and successful recovery to fitness post-birth.

I joined Fit4Two as I wanted to get in the best possible shape for delivering my baby naturally. I never anticipated all the added benefits it would bring. It helped me during the pregnancy to carry baby’s weight and manage my own – contrary to the norm I felt my best during the third trimester! It also helped put me in a good mood and to feel energized during the day and sleep well at night. Best of all – I got to meet other mommies going through the same things I were. Going to class was often the highlight of my day, knowing how good I would feel afterwards.
The Fit4Two classes were amazing and my only regret is not starting the classes earlier. Sarah and her team were so supportive and accommodating and they made my pregnancy feel a little bit easier. I would highly recommend these classes.”
Fit 4 Two is a great offering for pregnant ladies as it ensures the safe and correct means of exercise without having to worry about doing the wrong thing. It also helps prepare important muscles for birth. Not only do the instructors Jess and Lisa come with a depth of knowledge but they also provide a caring and warm environment for the moms to be. I have also really enjoyed getting to know other moms-to-be and sharing our experiences in class.
