This is such a wonderful and exciting time of your life, and we would love to be a part of your pregnancy journey!

Pregnancy can be very taxing on your body, both physically and mentally. Exercise is extremely helpful when it comes to maintaining your health and wellbeing during and after pregnancy.

Our goal is to facilitate a healthy and pain free pregnancy through a safe and effective exercise programme.

How our Pre-Natal Classes are Run

Our pre-natal classes are trimester specific and have been designed to ensure that you can enjoy a safe and controlled exercise regime that aids you physically and mentally during your pregnancy.

All our classes are run by Biokineticists who have completed the Fit 4 Two instructor training course. This allows for us to accommodate both healthy and fit moms- to- be, as well as higher risk ladies.

Our group classes are 45 minutes long and include a variety of pregnancy specific cardiovascular, strength, balance, flexibility, core conditioning, mobility and relaxation exercises. All exercises are can be adapted to your level of fitness, and any injury concerns you may be experiencing. All in-studio classes are streamed over Zoom so ladies can decide if they would like to attend in person or online.

We prioritize safety and hygiene in our classes and follow strict Covid-19 protocols. We have a limited number of ladies per class which gives classes a safe and personalised feel and allows instructors to be aware of individual conditions or injuries which may require adaptation.

All moms-to-be are invited to book a trial class and initial assessment prior to joining classes. This allows us to screen any high-risk clients and ensure that we are prescribing the correct exercises for each individual. All clients are required to have clearance to exercise from their Gynaecologist/ health professional before commencing the Fit 4 Two programme. We are also able to monitor blood pressure, heart rate and blood glucose levels before and after each class if necessary.  This is to ensure that our moms-to-be are in good health and fit to exercise to minimize any risk and maximise the benefits.
