Return to Running Program

Join us and other new mommies to get those legs moving in our 6 week post-partum Return to Running program.

Our 6 week training program 0 – 5km / 5 – 10km includes:
1 x One-on-One Screening Assessment with Biokineticist
3 x Run plans /week
1 x Pilates session /week (online or recorded)
Weekly Warm Up & Cool Down Videos
Individually assigned Accountability Coach
1 x Group Accountability Zoom session per week with Biokineticist
1 x Individual Accountability Coach check-in/week
1 x Activity Log
1 x Nutritional Plan
Inclusion in Current Program WA Community Chat
Access to our Fit 4 Two Sudor App for the duration of the program
Virtual Race at end of the Program
