Groups can be quite overwhelming when starting out!

While exercising in a group with other moms and moms-to be can be a lot of fun, we know that some ladies prefer some one- on one attention, or alternatively have specific injuries or conditions that mean they aren’t able to join a group class. 

Since all our classes are run by Biokineticists, we are able to offer you private sessions to address your specific needs and ensure you get the most effective workout possible. 

We keep in close contact with your gynae to ensure your programme is as safe as possible, to make sure you are able to stay as active as possible throughout your pregnancy, and postpartum. These sessions are charged at Biokinetics rates, and can be claimed back from medical aid.
